I’d like to briefly introduce myself and explain what Binnenbande is all about. The boy who was once the only student to choose art as a main subject in high school always had to let his creativity flow. As a master metalworker, this can naturally be wonderfully combined with metal.

As a big fan of bodies of water and shipping, a theme was quickly found – and since our coasts already receive a lot of attention, I am now focusing on our inland waters. After all, what does someone from North Rhine-Westphalia have to do with the coast?! North Rhine-Westphalia with its networked canal system, its reservoirs, the Rhine, the Weser, and the Ems.
